- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 14 business days from the time we receive your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Delays: While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, there may be occasional delays due to high order volumes, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options based on your location and the size of your order:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-10 business days (depending on your location).
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days (available for certain areas).
- We offer shipping in a parcel or in a box. Due to a major increase of shipping prices all orders are shipped in a parcel with sufficient protection unless upgraded to 'shipping in a box'.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and any factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays, etc.).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected and the delivery address.
4. Shipping to U.S. Locations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, though shipping rates for these states may vary. Please note:
- Alaska and Hawaii: Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to these states.
- P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, please be sure to provide a residential or business address.

- Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or others in your household. If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact the carrier and file a claim. We are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
